Store Policy

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry

All jewelry sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Clothing

Clothing may be returned within 5 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Sale items, clearance items, bodysuits, intimates, and items returned outside the allowed timeframe are not eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at solysedapr@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
